Yoga Class Descriptions

Align with Intentions:
Develop discernment by mindfully bringing together body and purpose with each posture you practice. You’ll learn how to allow your own unique posture flows to emerge.
Yogarific:
A gentle, lighthearted, energetic, and playful style of yoga that emphasizes adapting to the individual and making the body comfortable in challenging positions.
Release of Tension:
Use the practice of yoga to help the body release tension. Practice a variety of postures with slow purposeful movements. A great way to end the work day or move into the weekend.
Strength Yoga:
Explore your “edge” as you challenge your core muscles in a flowing posture sequence. Posture variations allow beginners and more experienced students to practice together.
Sunrise Yoga:
Greet the morning with a series of postures designed to wake you up yet leave you relaxed and balanced with enough energy for the demands of your day.
